- Online interface - Good
- Price - Good
- Baggage policy - Fail
- Checkin kiosk - Fail (no baggage tags printed, so baggage drop staff still have to go through the whole process...)
- Checkin process - Fail (Whats the point of a baggage drop with no staff...?)
- Timeliness of service - Fail (we have to be there at least 30 mins before hand but plane didn't even arrive until 5 mins after boarding time! Standard excuse was weather)
- Plane - Good
- Host attire - Avg (they looked more like a sports team)
- Music - Avg
- Snacks - Fail (you have to pay)
Winner on the day...?

If only school report cards could be that honest! Required NZ PC translation:
Jet star has really made an effort to think about their customers needs with a convenient on line check in. They go out of their way to make sure all luggage has been checked through with the relevant tags and take their time to do this thoroughly. While the plane was slightly late they made sure everybody was on board and prevented any further disruptions to travel by not allowing late travellers through check-in. Their sporty attire was attractive and flight assistants were friendly and helpful. Jet star even made an effort to offer quality food for a small fee. Jet star are working hard to provide a trustworthy service to NZ travellers, while they are almost successful in this endevour, they could benefit from streamlining their procedures.
And we wonder why NZ parents have no idea their child is failing in school.
Nice.
Once again Jet Star fails. Don't believe their P.R. when they say these bad rumours are only planted by AirNZ.
At least you didn't have to wait at the airport for 16 hours (they keep you waiting by telling you the flight is delayed by chunks of several hours) and THEN tell you in the evening that the flight is canceled and you need to take one tomorrow.
