Jetstar Report Card

I recently flew to Christchurch from Wellington with Jetstar. They say you get what you pay for with these guys and it turned out to be true. Here's my report of their performance:
  • Online interface - Good
  • Price - Good
  • Baggage policy - Fail
  • Checkin kiosk - Fail (no baggage tags printed, so baggage drop staff still have to go through the whole process...)
  • Checkin process - Fail (Whats the point of a baggage drop with no staff...?)
  • Timeliness of service - Fail (we have to be there at least 30 mins before hand but plane didn't even arrive until 5 mins after boarding time! Standard excuse was weather)
  • Plane - Good
  • Host attire - Avg (they looked more like a sports team)
  • Music - Avg
  • Snacks - Fail (you have to pay)
Overall score: C+
